Actress Phindile Gwala has issued a sincere apology and important update to her business associates, sponsors, and endorsement partners after experiencing technical problems with her email account.
The actress shared a public statement explaining that emails sent to her business email address between 25 April and 25 May were unfortunately lost because of a server issue. She admitted that the situation may have caused frustration and inconvenience, especially for people trying to contact her for important work opportunities and business matters.
In her apology statement, she wrote, “To all my business associates, sponsors, endorsement partners, and everyone who may have tried to contact me via info@phindilegwala.com between 25 April and 25 May:
Unfortunately, due to a server issue, emails sent during this period were lost and could not be recovered despite extensive efforts with our technical team.
I sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. I understand this may have appeared unprofessional, especially to those trying to reach me for important business matters, and for that I am truly sorry.”
Phindile also reassured everyone that the issue has now been resolved and that stronger backup measures have been put in place to avoid the same problem from happening again in the future.
“The issue has now been fully resolved, and our email system is back on track with stronger backup measures in place to prevent this from happening again,” she shared.
She further requested anyone who may have tried contacting her during that period to resend their emails if they did not receive a response.
“If you attempted to contact me during this period and did not receive a response, please kindly resend your email. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.”
