Media personality Nandi Madida melted hearts after celebrating her husband, Grammy award-winning singer and producer Zakes Bantwini, with a heartfelt birthday message and a luxurious Rolex-inspired cake.
The stunning cake was designed to look like a green Rolex watch box, complete with a gold Rolex-inspired watch placed neatly in the centre on a white cushion. Inside the lid was a stylish cut-out image of Zakes Bantwini holding a Rolex book next to the iconic Rolex logo, giving the cake a classy and expensive feel. At the bottom, a personalised message read, “Time waits for no man. Happy Birthday Zakes.”
Nandi Madida took to social media to celebrate her husband with a touching tribute. She wrote, ““Time waits for no man.” Swipe. (The cake). Yet somehow, your journey reminds us that what truly matters is not how fast time moves, but how deeply we live within it.
“Today we celebrate not only your birthday, but the man you are. A dreamer, a creator, a father, a husband and a force whose music and purpose have touched so many lives. Through every season, every stage and every milestone, you have continued to evolve while staying true to who you are.”
She continued by wishing him more years filled with happiness, peace and success.

Zakes Bantwini also shared a photo of the cake on his page and celebrated himself with a short but confident message. He wrote, “Happy birthday to me. This is my time.”
