Pabi Moloi’s Ex Reportedly Wants Half Of Everything She Owns. Back in 2016, Media personality Pabi Moloi shared a snap of herself and then partner with the caption, “So many people got married last week, even me!” Moloi is now reportedly saying she’s single following her ex demanding half of her multi-million rand estate.
Things seem to be getting more tense for the couple which has been broken up for the past couple of years and share a son. First it was a battle about their son which played out in the media a few years ago. Just when we thought they had reached a peaceful co-parenting relationship, it seem Ruan Adams is not done yet as he is reportedly gunning for half of Pabi’s wealth. Adams reportedly sent a letter to Pabi informing her that he wanted to dissolve their “marriage” and that he was entitled to half of the estate since their customary marriage is recognized by law as marriage in community of property. they were married
According to Sunday World, when contacted for comment, Pabi reportedly responded saying, “there was no marriage”. Meanwhile the ex “husband” is reportedly claiming he paid R25k for lobola. Pabi’s lawyer spoke on her behalf saying, “Our client specifically denies that she was ever married to your client, be it in terms of civil law or customary law. As such, our client denies that any joint estate exists between herself and your client. In light of the above, our client is under no obligation to furnish your client, nor is your client entitled to demand, the financial documentation requested.”
Pabi’s estate reportedly includes a house in Broadacres in Fourways; a house in Noordwyk, Midrand; a house in Elton Hill and in Edenburg in Sandton; and two houses in Waverley. The estate also includes a white Jeep Cherokee, grey Suzuki, household furniture, her shares, investments and savings.
Adams is also reportedly seeking R8500 monthly spousal maintenance so that he can maintain the luxurious lifestyle he had during his “marriage” to Pabi.
