It’s very disappointing to know that in this day women are still having to feel unsafe around their partner, as another well known radio personality has been reportedly subjected to GBV at the hands of her husband and he is currently on the loose.
Reports have alleged that Lesedi FM current affairs news anchor Dimakatso Ratselane was stabbed by her estranged husband who is currently at large. The police have warranted a manhunt for the accused.
According to a statement issued by the SABC, the accused has been on the run since Wednesday when he stabbed Ratselane after an argument. Police spokesperson Motansi Makhele has confirmed that an attempted murder investigation has been opened against the accused as Dimakatso is currently fighting for her life at the Bloemfontein hospital.
