Rhythm City fans will be very sad to learn the news of the show coming to and end after 13 years, on air, as the popular e.tv drama is being cancelled in the next coming year. eTV  revealed that the final episode of the show will be airing in July 16th 2021.

Rhythm City is one of the most watched local drama’s with over 5 million viewers just this year alone. Reports have mentioned that the channels decision to decommission the soapie is part of their business strategy which includes reviewing the life span of  each show.

The final season will be primarily focused on completing the journey of each character, which explains the new famous faces who have come on board. Rhythm City will be replaced by new local daily drama’s and we’re curious to see what that will be.
