Elana Afrika-Bredenkamp Wins Big At The Prestigious Prism Awards. Elana Afrika-Bredenkamp has been awarded in the Radio Presenter of the Year category at the prestigious Prism Awards 2022. She won the bronze trophy in the Presidential Awards group. 

The PRISM Awards is Africa’s most sought after public relations and communications awards, bringing together agencies, corporates and more to celebrate excellence in the PR and Communications sectors. 

Elana hosts the weekday 9am – 12pm show, The Workzone, on Jacaranda fm, one of SA’s biggest commercial radio stations. Based in Gauteng, her show also reaches listeners in North West, Limpopo, Mpumalanga and KZN. 

“In all the work I do I have always believed I can use my talent to help others. Being recognised in my first love, radio, is a huge honour. I dedicate this award to my entire team, every woman in broadcasting and especially to the females in my Leadership team. I can’t do this without You.”

Other winners on the night were Mo Flava from Metro fm and Thoriso Maloka from Power fm.
