Metro FM recently did a major reshuffle to the station and we saw many hosts say goodbye or move to different show. Lerato Kganyago who was once upon a time the co-host of The Bridge with Dineo Ranaka and Somizi, bagged her very own show and the girl has easily become one of the top shows on the station.

Kganyago who has been part of the station for over five years has grown as a broadcaster in her own right proved deserving of the opportunity to show more of the power house that she is. Lerato is now the host of The Midday Link Up which airs every Monday to Friday from 12:00 to 15:00.

In the lasted episode of MacGs podcast which saw LKG as the guest, the businesswoman spoke on various topics and shared some rather exciting news.

Lerato revealed that her radio career is going very well especially because she has one of the top shows on the station. Kganyago shared that her show Th Midday Link Up is the number one show that bring in the most revenue, meaning her show makes the most money at the station. The club DJ revealed how surprised she was by the title after she was told and is happy that her listeners are getting to experience another side to her.

“Number one revenue. When they told me I was like yeah” she said.

Kganyago shared that her other businesses are going very well and also revealed that her eyelashes and sanitary pads line will now also be available in stores. A few months ago, Lerato became the owner of a franchise with international beauty brand Tammy Taylor.

Lerato took to her Instagram to confirm the news that had already been floating on social media, expressing her joy and pride in the leap she’s taken in her entrepreneurial endeavour.
