Nambitha Ben Mazwi Bags A New Hosting Gig. Congratulations are in order for The Estate actress Nambitha Ben Mazwi as she returns to her first love which is hosting. Many may not know this about the the actress but the actress first came into the industry as a host at the 2010 world cup but has since moved on to acting on the small screen.

Taking to social media, Nambitha revealed the exciting news of her new hosting gig on Super Sport. The actress shared that she is proud to reveal that she will be co-hosting the BrightRock Players Choice Awards 2021 which is a platform that awards rugby players for their efforts.

The awards will be airing September 23rd on DSTV at 20:00pm alongside well known actor Siv Ngesi. Social media followers congratulated the actress on her new gig and wished her all the best for tonight.

“I am back to sport hosting, as your co-host for the BrightRock Players Choice Awards 2021 happening tomorrow on @SuperSportTV channel 201 and 211 at 20:00″ she wrote.

A few social media users were wondering how the actress would cope being the host of a sports event as they have never seen her affiliation with sporting events but, it seems like the actress has an impressive history in the sporting field.

Mazwi revealed that hosting is her first love apart from acting as her alter ego ‘Lady Nam’ came about on the stage. Nambitha shared that she was a host at the 2010 FIFA World Cup as the official MTN host as well as the E-Sports ESL Africa Championship, which has made her very proud.

“For those who don’t know, hosting was my first love. Lady Nam was birthed on stage at the FIFA 2010 World Cup as the official MTN host, then New York took over, and back again as the E-Sports ESL Africa championships. Mama, I MADE IT” she wrote.
