Vatiswa Ndara Reveals The Little Salary She Earned From The Drama Series ‘Home Affairs’! It’s been a huge week for the actress who is on the forefront of a battle between actors and production companies and broadcasting channels.

After releasing an open letter to the Minister of Arts & Culture, Vatiswa has been doing rounds of interviews speaking on how talent is exploited in the film and television industry. In an interview on ENCA, Vatiswa went back to when she knew something was wrong and that is when she was part of the Award winning drama series, Home Affairs.

“I did for the longest time. I talk of ‘Home Affairs’. I was really not that well known and I walked away with nine thousand Rands for the entire series. You think it’s gonna get better and you keep on allowing it to happen and for me I’m so upset with myself because I knew back then there is something wrong with this but I just carried on because I did not want to rock the boat,” Vatiswa explained.

Vatiswa said actors were at the bottom of the barrel and that is why they do as they please with the talent.
