Popular influencer and former Uthando Nesthembu reality TV star Vuyokazi Nciweni is back in Turkey for another cosmetic procedure as part of her ongoing transformation journey.
Vuyokazi first travelled to Istanbul in March 2025, where she underwent gastric sleeve surgery. This operation reduces the size of the stomach to help with weight loss. Since then, the results have been visible in her social media posts, where fans have noticed her slimmer appearance and praised her progress.
Now, she’s in Izmir, Turkey, for another round of surgery. On August 26, she posted photos of herself at the airport and hinted at her next steps by tagging her clinic and writing:
“The transformation that began in Istanbul now continues in Izmir, @monocosmeticsurgery. A journey of growth, strength and new beginnings.”
Although she hasn’t revealed the exact procedure she’s having this time, Vuyokazi shared her feelings in an Instagram story, saying:
“It’s about to be a great journey. @monocosmeticsurgery I’m so nervous but excited at the same time.”
Her followers have shown strong support. Many left encouraging comments, admiring her courage and determination.
One fan, jomm_personaltrainer, wrote: “Less noise, more actions. We are inspired.”
Another, withmy_wo, commented: “I’m happy for you, shame, because you look better and better each time you pop up on my timeline. Good for you!”
Meanwhile, _wenkosi added: “Making yourself happy again and creating the life you really want is the biggest comeback.”
Earlier this year, Vuyokazi opened up about her journey in a YouTube vlog where she explained why she chose to undergo surgery.
“I actually came for a gastric sleeve surgery/weight loss surgery. It’s something that I thought would be good for me because I am actually struggling with losing weight,” she said.
She admitted that dieting had not worked for her in the past due to a lack of self-discipline.
“I’ve tried everything; eating proper foods and all of that, but… it has become very unhealthy for me to a point where it gets so bad.”
For Vuyokazi, this transformation is not just about looks — it’s about her well-being.
“My body feels very heavy, my legs get swollen, and I’m always tired,” she explained.
More importantly, she revealed the emotional reason behind her decision: “Also, I’m doing this for my kids because I want to live longer for them.”
Vuyokazi’s journey continues to inspire many, and her honest sharing about her struggles and goals has won her even more admiration from fans across the country.
