Sexy TV personality and model, Boitumelo Thulo allegedly left the Pyramid Day Spa in downtown Joburg without paying her R2420.00 bill two weeks ago after she had assumed that everything had been paid for.
Sunday World reports that the Spa was left in shock after such a high profile personality left their facilities without picking up her bill.
A source shared that Boity ordered a full service at the massage house and then left without paying. When her treatment was done, the beauty technicians asked Boity to pay for the services but she allegedly told them that Somizi would be the one paying for her treatment.
When the management reached out to Somizi requesting him to pay, he shares that there must have been a misunderstanding between him and the beaut.
“Somizi told management that Boity thought he bought her a voucher to have some fun there. He said he only referred her there because of their good service and that she should pay them from her pocket.”
“They have no choice but to take her to the Small Claims Court to recover what is due to them. How can you fail to pay R2420 if you claim to be engaged to a man who says he is a multi-millionaire? This is a disgrace,” the source shares.
When Somizi was contacted for comment, he confirmed to the paper that he suggested the Spa house to Thulo but, he did not purchase a voucher for her.
“She thought I bought her a voucher to go there. It was a misunderstanding between us. I am sure she will pay. They have been trying in vain to get a hold of her. I also have been struggling to get hold of her. She might have changed her number or something. It’s unlike her,” said Mhlongo.
When Boity was contacted she was unavailable for comment but when she did pick up she said:
“That’s a matter between us, Boity and Somizi,” she said before hanging up on the paper.
