Rapper Da L.E.S has shared his first health update since suffering a severe stroke in July. The news was posted on his Instagram, with his family explaining that he’s now recovering at home and taking things slow with the support of his loved ones.

In the statement, his family wrote, “DA L.E.S IS CURRENTLY IN RECOVERY AFTER SUFFERING A SEVERE STROKE. HE IS RECEIVING REHABILITATION AND IS TAKING THINGS SLOW WITH THE SUPPORT OF HIS LOVING FAMILY.”

Despite the challenging time, Da L.E.S feels grateful to be alive and is leaning on his faith. “I owe it all to God,” he said, sharing his appreciation for the strength to get through each day. The rapper also thanked fans, friends, and everyone who reached out with love and prayers.

“Healing takes time, but he’s staying positive and focused on a full recovery,” his family added, reassuring fans that Da L.E.S is determined to get better.

The caption of the post also shared a heartfelt message: “Thank you guys for all your support, every one of your prayers is working! Appreciate all the love.”

Since the update, fans and fellow artists have continued to flood the comment section with words of encouragement and support.
