There’s nothing we love more than a love story and comedian actress Tumi Morake has definitely warmed our hearts with hers. The Seriously single actress is amongst the long list of celebrity power couples including Gail and Kabelo Mabalane, Thapelo and Lesego Mokoena and many more.

Congratulations are in order for Morake and husband Mpho Osei-Tutu as they celebrate twelve years of marriage. Taking to social media, Tumi shared a series of throwback photos with her husband and captioned the post with a sweet message. Of course it wouldn’t be Tumi if she didn’t make a joke about the milestone which is now celebrating its pre teen years. Tumi celebrated her marriage that is about to hit its pubescent years which is a definite job well done.

“Happy 12th anniversary my G @mphooseitutu Our marriage is hitting puberty my guy! Wow, well done too us” she wrote.

Husband Mpho also celebrated the day on instagram with a preview of how the marriages stared vs how it is going and we would say twelve years and three kids later that it is going very well. Fans and followers flooded the post with congratulatory messages and wished them many more anniversary’s to come.

This is not the only win that Morake is celebrating because her career has also levelled up in a major way. Tumi gave us a fun and powerful performance on Netflix’s Seriously Single production as the role of Noni and the African Movie Academy Awards platform is clearly in agreement.

Taking to twitter, the National Film & Video Foundation (NFVF) revealed the exciting news of Morake’s latest award nod. Congratulations are in order for Tumi who has bagged a nomination for Best Actress in a Supporting Role for the film ‘Seriously Single’ at the African Movie Academy Award.

“Congratulations to @tumi_morake, who has been nominated for an African Movie Academy Award (@AMAAWARDS)! Tumi is a nominee for Best Actress in a Supporting Role for the film ‘Seriously Single’. The awards are presented annually to recognise excellence in African movies #AMAA2021” the NFVF wrote.

The Katleho Ramaphakela and Rethabile Ramaphakela directed comedy film Seriously Single also featured amazing actors which included the likes of Fulu Mugovhani, Bohang Moeko, Mpho Osei Tutu and more received great reviews from the crowd, and they are hoping to get a follow up of the movie soon.
