Pearl Thusi Scores New Groundbreaking Role! Watch Her Emotional Announcement! After her two successful movies on Netflx, Pearl has scored a new gig on an upcoming Netflix series.
What makes it groundbreaking is that it is going to be Africa’s first ever Netflix original series. She will portray a character called Queen Sono who she says she’s a kickass, incredible woman every African needs to see.
“When the Universe/God says “I heard you.” This is what it feels like. I’m so proud and grateful for everyone that made this happen. This was a dream of mine as a little girl. Let’s make history,” Pearl wrote on Instagram.
