Controversial Pastor Mboro has been in the centre of media attention lately for all the wrong reasons. After charges were laid against him for selling “photos from heaven” for R5000, he is making headlines again. It looks like revenge this time as Pastor Mboro opens case against Malawian Pastor over dirty tricks.

Prophet Mboro real name Paseka Motsoeneng has opened three cases against South African based, Malawian Pastor Shepherd Bushiri. Mboro says Bushiri stole his identity and used it to con unsuspecting members of the public.

The controversial Pastor opened the cases between September 2015 and April 2016 at Germiston and Alberton police stations. The cases however were later transferred to the Gauteng provincial detective unit for investigation following Mboro’s complaint that cops at the two local stations were dragging their feet on them.

“They are being investigated, but no one has been arrested yet”, confirmed the Gauteng police spokesman Lungelo Dlamini.

Apparently the Bushiri imposters posted messages purportedly from the prophet in which they said he was in heaven with angels and saw God with a beautiful Xhosa woman. They also duped congregants into depositing money into a bank account in exchange for divine favors and intervention from God.

“As soon as people deposit money, the victims are blocked and deleted from the said Facebook page,” said Mboro. “The truth will be unearthed very soon.”
