The media personality who has two successful big shows at the moment admits it’s not easy being a woman in her industry. “Working in a male-dominated industry and working with men, I’ve learnt to be a man at heart. These people can be savages and unnecessary,” Lerato said in a snapchat video.

Lerato says for females you have to work ten times harder than men in the same industry. “I’m a hard nut to crack. As a female in the industry, you have to work 10 times harder, and it takes a lot for people to take you seriously.”
