Khanyi Mbau Reacts To Rumours Of Her 15 Year Old Daughter Allegedly Being Pregnant. Khanyi Mbau is a strong female for ignoring every single fake headline that has been written about her on celebrity blogs and the media. One thing she is not about to do though is entertain fake b.s that is being printed about her daughter Cannes whom is only 15 years old.

This after a recent family video that was posted by Lasizwe on social media where family members including Khanyi, Cannes, older brother Lungile and more made cameos. Tweeps then took to Twitter and alleged that Mbau’s daughter Khanukani affectionately known as Cannes, was rumoured to be pregnant. This has made Khanyi beyond livid about the disturbing things that South African’s have made a norm.

Like any other mama bear would, Mbau has come out guns blazing over the allegations in her daughter’s defence. Taking to Instagram, Khanyi opened up about how she has endured slander from the tabloids for 18 years and it has taken away a lot from her brand. She added that she is never usually phased by anything but one thing she will not take is the cyberbullying of her daughter.

The actress also named and shamed the bully who started the rumour which happens to be a Tik Toker named @bigmmam9410.

“I am not one to entertain gossip especially from any gossip blog. I am never phased by anything said about me or my family, sadly it’s been a burden I have had to carry for years. MAKING FUN OF ME HAS BECOME A FRANCHISE. THE most hurtful , false things have been said about me for over 18 years. It’s been so bad that it’s taken away from my profession of being an actress and musician. Mbau continued to preach that her daughter is still a child and these kind of rumours is exactly why rape, abuse and abduction cases are high in South Africa. She added that the energies that adults put out into the universe are vile and they show no faith and respect for children. Mbau is convinced that this plays a major hand in child suicides and it needs to stop.

“HATE ME ALL YOU WANT BUT @MBAU2 is a child. THE FACT THAT THE FIRST THOUGHT THAT COMES TO ALL YOUR MINDS IS THAT A CHILD COULD BE PREGNANT SHOWS HOW SICK OF A SOCIETY WE HAVE ALL BECOME. NO WONDER RAPE, CHILD ABDUCTION AND ABUSE HAS BECOME A NORM AND WHY STATS ARE SO HIGH. OUR CHILDREN ARE IN DANGER, THE ENERGIES WE ADULTS PUT OUT ARE VILE AND DISGUSTING. Mbau named the publications who ran with story and labelled them as low for even reporting on the rumour and also called out the adults who entertained the ridiculous rumour. Khanyi made it clear cut that the media can come for her but she will not lay down and watch her child be disrespected. The mother of one closed off her rant by stating that Cannes is going through puberty and like everybody else at that age, her body is not perfect.

“THEN YOU ALL WANT TO SAY AMA 2K HAVE NO RESPECT!! HOW WHEN YOU AS GROWN FOLK TREAT THEM THIS WAY!
