Congratulations are in order for actress and model Khanya Mkangisa because she has really been putting in the work. After celebrating a major milestone for her social media, it looks like the former Muvhango actress has done it again
Taking to Instagram, Khanya shared the exciting news of her new acting gig on one of Mzansi’s most loved telenovela’s. The former YoTV presenter revealed that her role is making a comeback to Mzansi Magic’s the Queen as the role of Akhona who is Vuyiswa’s (played by Zandile Msutwana) niece. Keeping the cat in the bag was probably one of the hardest things to do and she is super excited to finally share the news.
Mkangisa did not reveal too much on what her character has in store for viewers however, she will be making her first appearance on the show October 25th and we are excited to see how her character will be bringing the drama. Celeb friends and followers flooded the post with congratulatory messages sharing how stoked they are about her return.

Khanya first appeared on the show was in 2019 when her character was involved in a car accident with her mother on her way to her aunt’s wedding. unfortunately her mother died and she was taken in by Jerry. Fans of the show are anticipating what drama the character is going to bring to the shows gripping storyline and we also can’t wait to see the actress on the small screen again.
This is not the only win that Khanya has celebrated just this month alone after bagging 2 million followers on her Instagram account.
Many people congratulated her on the awesome achievement and one of those people is award winning American rapper Rick Ross. The rapper is also a promoter for alcohol brand Belaire which Khanya is often seen regularly posting about on her social media. Ross sent Khanya a video shout out to congratulate and celebrate her social media success, wishing Khanya more wins with the Belaire team.
