Inno Morolong Flaunts New Look After R150K Cosmetic Surgery

Reality TV star and popular club host Inno Morolong is embracing a brand-new version of herself, proudly showing off her slimmer tummy and smaller breasts after undergoing her second round of cosmetic surgery.

Inno revealed that she recently had tummy liposuction and a breast reduction, a transformation that has given her more confidence than ever before. Speaking to DRUM, she explained that this procedure has changed not only her body but also how she carries herself.

“When some people see me, they see the loud, funny, comedic, and sometimes crazy Inno. This body gives me posture, structure, and commands the room. It kind of forces me to sit up straight and be a lady, if you get me,” she said.

This isn’t Inno’s first time going under the knife. She admitted that she has had two surgeries in total. Her first was more extensive, involving a tummy tuck, 360 liposuction, and body sculpting. This time around, she chose a breast reduction combined with liposuction on her stomach.

When asked about the challenges of cosmetic surgery, Inno explained that the recovery period is tough, both mentally and physically.

“The most challenging part is that you have to prepare yourself mentally and financially. You can’t work for a while because you need to fully focus on recovery. If you are a smoker or a drinker, you have to stop completely a month before and after surgery to avoid complications. You also need people to take care of you, because you can’t do things on your own,” she shared.

Inno revealed that she spent around R150 000 on both procedures, including aftercare, but she insists it was money well spent.

The TV star also opened up about her weight struggles in the past.

“My body has transformed so much. I used to weigh 83kg before my first surgery. I was an overweight girl and used to get bullied for being big. Every time I got into a disagreement, people would use my weight as a weapon. Now I weigh 70kg, I feel so good, I go to the gym, and I eat well,” she said proudly.

Her ultimate goal? To have a “dreamy silhouette” that resembles a doll.

“I wanna be a slim girl with a bit of curves, and my breasts are standing well now, so I’m happy with my look,” she added.

But Inno isn’t done yet. She revealed that she has already consulted her surgeon about future procedures.

“I might get liposuction on my arms and thighs. I’ve never had any work done there. I’m just waiting on a quotation, then we’ll decide on a date,” she said.

With her renewed confidence and determination, Inno is unapologetically chasing her dream body — one surgery at a time.
