After years of battling Dental Fluorosis, reality TV star, businesswoman, and philanthropist Inno Morolong travels to Turkey for ten days to get the perfect smile.

For many women, a smile is more than just a facial expression — it’s a form of communication, a sign of warmth, and often the first thing people notice. After struggling with Dental fluorosis, a condition that affects the appearance of teeth when someone is exposed to too much fluoride.

Reality TV star, businesswoman, and philanthropist Inno Morolong finally achieved her perfect smile after spending 10 days at Lei Clinic in Turkey, where she received customised veneers and a transformative smile makeover.

Known for her vibrant personality and unapologetic authenticity, Inno Morolong has always been open about her personal challenges. Dental fluorosis—a condition that affects tooth enamel due to excessive fluoride exposure during early development—has been one of her most private battles. Despite her public success and glamorous lifestyle, she revealed that her smile was something she struggled with behind the scenes for many years.

“Your smile is one of the first things people notice about you. For a long time, I felt the need to hide mine. This journey was not just about aesthetics—it was about healing, self-love, and stepping fully into my confidence.”

Inno lived with braces for three years to correct misaligned teeth, bite issues, and overcrowding and gaps. It was in 2025 that she learned of the fluorosis that affected the colour of her teeth. The appearance varies in severity from faint white streaks or specks to more visible white patches and a chalky appearance, and in some severe cases, may include brown stains.

“I tried everything to whiten my teeth – home remedies, toothpastes, teeth bleaches, you name it. It was when I received a consultation from Lei Clinic in Turkey that I learned that because of the condition, my teeth may never be white. But I didn’t give up, and took the advice to get veneers.”

Turkey, widely recognized as a global hub for advanced cosmetic dentistry and smile design, was the chosen destination for her procedure. Over the course of ten days, Morolong underwent a comprehensive smile makeover performed by leading dental specialists, combining cutting-edge technology with personalized care.

Inno spent over R200 000 on getting the perfect smile, and she has no regrets.

“This was not just about vanity, but I didn’t even know this condition existed. It was about improving my self-esteem and helping other  women relate and make informed decisions about their smiles.”

Beyond the glamour, Morolong hopes her experience will encourage others facing similar challenges to seek professional guidance and not suffer in silence.

“As women, especially in the public eye, we are often expected to appear perfect. But perfection starts from within. Fixing my smile was part of reclaiming my power,” she added.
