ICYMI! Doves Slammed For Tasteless Message To Sbahle Mpisane! The Funeral Group has received major backlash on social media after sending out an insensitive message to Mpisane who was recently involved in a car accident that left her in a critical condition.

“Our prayers and thoughts go out to TV personality and fitness guru Sbahle Mpisana and her family. May you be strong during this trying time,” the company wrote on its social media platform in since deleted posts.

Social media found the message distasteful and called the company out asking them to delete the message.

I hope you delete that tasteless tweet @Doves_Funerals

The company later apologized saying they do not wish death upon anyone as a business. “We will never wish death upon anyone as a business. We are promoting life, we don’t want people to see us as an undertaker,” Doves chief executive Minki Rasenyalo told IOL.

Doves is a corporate citizen & like all South Africans we are concerned about Sbahle’s well being. We share the anxiety for her speedy recovery & wish her well.We acknowledge that some were offended by our tweet but we maintain we meant no harm.We apologize for any offence caused
