Enhle Mbali Reveals Why She Checked Herself Into A Mental Health Institution. KayaFM Breakfast Show hosted by Dineo Ranaka and Sol Phenduka has been bringing the heat with big interviews featuring some of Mzansi’s famous celebs. The latest episode featured actress and entrepreneur, Enhle Mbali Mlotshwa.

Enhle Mbali got candid opening up about her career, motherhood and how she navigated her divorce from DJ Black Coffee. The actress shared how she had to check herself in a mental health institution and how she has learnt to deal with the triggers from the failed marriage. “I don’t want to get into this too much. I say this because I have grown over it and I feel everyone needs to do the same as well. I’m just taking you through the journey,” Enhle told Dineo and Sol.

“I was mourning all the work I had put in, all the fight I had put in to make something work, and it didn’t and that is a death. It’s the same thing as mourning a death. I walked myself into a mental health institution, I remember my psychologist saying ‘you’re seven years late but you made it’. From that day healing began. By the time I did ‘Sincerely Yours’, I was completely comfortable with where I was and comfortable with moving forward,” the actress explained.

“Of course triggers will come but you learn to not deal with the triggers. It’s a conscious decision I made and here I am today feeling beautiful from the inside out. I look at the mirror and I see it. That allows my spiritual journey to continue because I had left it vacant and uncared for,” Enhle added.
