South African model and entrepreneur Ayanda Thabethe has marked a special milestone in her family’s life – the second birthday of her son, Enzo. The proud mom went all out with a beautiful white and blue Baby Shark-themed celebration, complete with adorable décor that perfectly captured the joy of the occasion.
Ayanda took to Instagram to share precious moments from the party, along with a heartfelt birthday message to her little boy. She wrote:
“My life. My joy. My everything. I thank the Lord that I get to call you mine. You are an answer to my deepest longing and the manifestation of my most sincere prayers. I get to call you my son, look what God can do! I declare that you will become everything that he fashioned you to be long before you were formed in my womb. I will always out love you in every season, there’s nothing that you can ever do to escape my love. You have already been so brave in these 2 years, I know you will conquer anything. Thank you for loving your mommy with all your might. My true mommy’s boy. My forever. Happy birthday my dearest Enzo.”
Her emotional words touched many of her followers, who also filled the comments section with love and warm wishes for Enzo on his big day.
This celebration comes just a few months after a series of remarkable personal achievements for Ayanda. In June 2025, she officially tied the knot with her longtime love and businessman fiancé, Peter Matsimbe, in a stunning wedding held on 29 June 2025. The couple, who share two sons, exchanged vows in front of family, friends, and God. The wedding had a stylish all-black dress code, with guests looking elegant in their outfits.
Reflecting on the moment, Ayanda shared on Instagram: “In front of God and surrounded by love, we signed a promise that began long before pen met paper. Our signing ceremony – The beginning of our forever as a family. ‘I have found the one whom my soul loves! – Song of Songs 3:4’. 29.06.2025.”
Earlier, in May 2025, Ayanda celebrated another huge achievement — she officially completed her Master of Business Administration (MBA) after nearly four years of hard work. She first announced her acceptance into Henley Business School’s Flexible Executive MBA Programme in 2021 and proudly shared the completion of her journey this year.
Looking back, she posted: “In June 2021, I shared with you all that I was starting an MBA journey — and today, nearly four years later, I’m so proud to say: I did it!”
From becoming a wife and earning her MBA to celebrating her son’s birthday, 2025 has been a year of love, growth, and blessings for Ayanda Thabethe and her family.
