DJ Zinhle’s first daughter, Kairo Forbes whom she shares with the late rapper recently paid a bittersweet tribute to her dad Kiernan ‘AKA’ Forbes. On her Instagram account with 1.2 million followers, which is managed by her grandmother Lynn Forbes, throwback video montage of Kairo’s precious moments with her father. This is the first time since AKA’s passing that Kairo’s account has posted a video/photo in memory of AKA since his passing.
In the video Kairo is heard saying, “I love him. He was a good dad and I love him!”. The video ends with videos and images playing at different frequencies, one noteworthy video in the montage is a video of Kairo thanking her late dad for a dog he got her.
Since her dad’s tragic passing there has been a widespread outpouring of grief from fans. The video shared by the child star also attracted words of sympathy, strength and courage from many people in the comments.
