Nandos SA Responds To Employee Who Allegedly Lost Her Job After Refusing To Sleep With The Manager. Nandos South Ahh has for a while now been known for their quick reactions to anything making headlines in the country which they have often used a marketing strategy.

Twitter was equally impressed with how the company responded when one of their employees took to the platform sharing an ordeal at her work place that ended up in her losing her job. A twitter user by the name of Monene Phoebee tweeted tagging Nandos saying, “I lost my job because I refused to sleep with my patrao(manager). @NandosSA @Groblersdal mall.”

In response, Nandos issued a statement on twitter saying, “We are aware of the recent social media post involving staff members from our Groblersdal restaurant. We are gravely concerned by the allegations and are taking the incident very seriously and have already commenced a thorough investigation together with the franchise owner, the parties involved as well as our internal teams. We’ll take appropriate action once this investigation has ended.”

In an update on the matter, Nandos revealed that the manager had been suspended. “Update: Following our preliminary investigations today, we have suspended the Groblersdal Manager with immediate effect, pending the results of the ongoing full inquiry,” the statement on twitter read.
