Papa Penny‘s Reality Show Returns For Season 5 #PapaPennyAhee. Legendary Bubblegum singer Penny Penny affectionately known as Papa Penny and his family are making a comeback to the small screen and fans are excited. Entertainment broadcast reporter Phil Mphela reported that the fifth season of Papa Penny Ahee is coming soon.
Since the first season, the reality show has been a favourite with the crowd as it gives the audience a glimpse into his music career and complicated family dynamic. Phil reports the show is currently on production and the fifth season might be debuting on the small screen in 2022.
Although fans have enjoyed getting to know the legendary musician, he has been met with a lot of criticism. The father of 25 has previously trended on twitter after fans labelled him stingy and toxic to his wife Mama Nonny.
In 2019 the Tsonga disco pioneer grieved the death of his stepson Nicholas. The 23-year-old first born son of Papa Penny’s wife, Mama Nomi, reportedly committed suicide at Soshanguve train station, north of Pretoria. According to the singer, his son has previously spoken about “killing himself” and were devastated when he went through with it.
Nicholas, who had made a cameo appearance on Penny’s popular reality TV show Papa Penny Ahee, lived with his grandparents in Soshanguve but was slowly rebuilding his relationship with his family until his death.
The previous season ended with the family going on vacation in Mauritius to spend some much needed quality time. Social media users are very excited for the larger than life reality star’s return, calling it the best reality TV storyline there has ever been in Mzansi.
