Lerato Kganyago Reacts To Accusations Of Begging People To Get Vaccinated. The masses have had their reservations about the COVID-19 vaccine but the government has been encouraging the people of Mzansi to get their jabs. It seems like the government has decided to use famous faces to advertise the vaccine.

Metro FM radio host and businesswoman Lerato Kganyago is among the celebs who have beeb called out by the public for allegedly using their influence to convince people to take the vaccine. This follows a tweet by Kganyago asking the masses to get their jabs and also requested for the trolls to show mercy and not curse at her.

“Guys please get vaccinated! Le skang roga hle, ke na le di phayi phayi” she wrote.

A social media user commented on Lerato’s post and accused her of begging people to get the jab. Of course ‘mother’ not being one to take nonsense made it very clear that nobody was begging anyone to do anything.

LKG highlighted that everyone has a choice to do whatever they please, and there was absolutely no need for the cheeky comment.

“Imagine me begging you. Don’t flatter yourself please. Your body, your choice. Could have said no, and kept it moving” she responded.

Lerato is not the first celeb to be accused of advertising the vaccine on social media as Afrotainment CEO DJ Tira was also called out for doing the same. It was suspected by the people of twitter that the government has approached a few popular celebrities to promote the vaccine to encourage the public to register for the vaccine.

DJ Tira is one of the celebs suspected to be on the government’s payroll following his tweet about entry being denied to persons at the upcoming Durban Rocks concert without a vaccination passport.
