Ntando Duma Releases Public Apology For Disrespectful Disabled Parking Video. Ntando Duma woke up on the wrong side of Twitter after an old video of her being disrespectful to an old white lady over a disabled parking spot, recently resurfaced on the internet. The video has since gotten the people of twitter all rilled up because of the actresses disrespect toward elderly people.
In the video Ntando can be seen swearing at the old woman who is respectfully taking her to not park in the disabled parking. This then leads to Ntando expressing her annoyance of white people, and threatened to smack the woman who was calmly making her aware of her poor discretion.
The internet were especially unimpressed by Duma‘s behaviour when she told the woman to go and f*ck herself along with her family. Needless to say, the video has resulted in the actress trending for her rude behaviour. Since the resurfacing of the video, The Queen actress has released a public statement on twitter, apologizing for her disrespect towards elders.
In the statement, Ntando revealed that the video is from last year and she is very sorry for her behaviour as she realizes how uncalled for it was. She continued to share that she is regardful of why disabled parking bays exist however, she parked in the designated spot after being instructed by the food establishment to do do as she was only there to collect something. Ntando claims to have tried to explain this to the lady before things took a sharp left turn.
“The decision to park in that bay was not frivolous as I was instructed to park in there by the food establishment, given that this was a quick pick up which did not require me waiting long or leaving the car. I at no point refused anyone access to this parking and this was the point I tried to explain to the lady before we had the altercation.” she said.
Ntando concluded her statement by stating that she is not trying to justify her behaviour as the matter could have been handled in a more appropriate manner and for that she is deeply sorry to the people she has offended.
“Once again I apologize to everyone who was offended by my actions,” she concluded.
She may have asked for forgiveness over her distasteful behaviour towards the lady in the video however, fans are not impressed by her actions or her apology.
