The wait is nearly over, as wife of soccer star Itumeleng Khune is almost done baking their bun which will be coming out of the oven soon. A few day ago, Khune shared a photo of their recent family outing when followers noticed something was up with his wife Sphelele.
After followers commented on the picture with speculations of Makunga’s pregnancy, Khune confirmed the rumours and thanked his followers for the well wishes. Now that the cat is officially out of the bag, the mother of one has taken to her social media to show off her pregnancy glow with a first official photo of herself and her growing baby bump.
The black and white picture captures the joy that the new mom is feeling as they wait for their second bundle of joy to arrive, making them a family of four.
“As we wait for our new Addition to the Family” Makunga wrote.
The couple have not yet confirmed the gender of the baby but close sources have revealed that the pair are allegedly expecting twin baby boys. The Khune family have apparently been advised to keep the pregnancy discreet, to avoid any negative attention.
“She was advised to keep a low profile to protect herself from negativity and haters.” a source confirmed.
The pair have been married for a total of three years and share a daughter Amogelang Zenande Khune who just turned a year old.
