Here’s How Much Robert Marawa Will Reportedly Get Paid On His Radio Return! After a dramatic exit from SABC Radio just over a year ago, SABC COO Chris Maroleng announced Marawa’s return with historic plan to simulcast his sports show on Metro FM and Radio 2000 on Friday.
So just how much was good enough for the 45 year old Sports anchor to return to SABC? According to Sunday World, Marawa signed a three year contract effective from June 1 2018 to May 31 2021 at a rate of R7000 per shift.
The simulcast show will be two hours long. Marawa is set to become the second highest paid sports radio presenter at the SABC with a monthly salary of R154000. Making it over 5 million rand over the three year deal.
