Lira Set to Perform in Los Angeles this October

South African singer Lerato Moipone Molapo, professionally known as Lira, is set to take the stage in Los Angeles this October for a special live experience alongside American singer-songwriter Chase Bell.

Lira is scheduled to perform on October 9, 2026, in the Los Angeles metropolitan area, with the performance set to begin at 20:00. The event will take place at 333 E Colorado Street in Glendale, California, at “His Presence Fire”, a stunning space with 1600 seats and a beautiful red-carpet area.

The upcoming event is centred around “Do Me”, the 2026 collaboration between Los Angeles singer-songwriter-producer Chase Bell and the internationally acclaimed South African artist LIRA.

The news was shared by Inner Circle USA, which is behind the live experience. Presented by InnerCircle.Usa, the evening will feature more than just music, bringing together entertainment, industry conversations and special guests.

Doors will open at 17:00, with programming running from 18:00  to 23:00. The evening will begin with a red carpet at six, followed by an entrepreneur and celebrity panel around seven. Bell, LIRA and special guests will then take to the stage for the live performances.

The collaboration between Bell and Lira will be a major part of the evening, giving audiences an opportunity to experience “Do Me” in a live setting while bringing together artists from different sides of the international music scene.

However, the event also has a wider industry focus beyond its performances and celebrity appearances.

One of the names attached to the night as a sponsor is MIC – Music Industry Community – the platform co-founded by Christy DiNapoli. The platform is quietly trying to solve the least glamorous and most urgent problem in independent music.

The involvement of MIC adds an important industry element to the event, particularly as the evening is designed to bring together musicians, entrepreneurs, celebrities and other people working within the creative space.

With Lira’s international reputation and Bell’s connection to the Los Angeles music scene, the October performance will bring their “Do Me” collaboration to life while creating space for entertainment and conversations around the wider music industry.
