In an official statement, Naledi said, “I would like to formally address a recent change regarding my management team. After careful consideration, I would like to confirm that I am no longer working with my previous management. This decision follows a series of events that have taken place over the past few weeks.

While I believe it is important to be transparent with my supporters, colleagues, and partners, I have also chosen to keep certain details private out of respect for all parties involved. Moving forward, I kindly ask that any communication regarding my work including bookings, collaborations, brands and public relations be directed to me or my current management team only.

My previous management is no longer affiliated with my brand or professional activities, and they are not authorized to represent me in any capacity. I appreciate your understanding, continued support, and respect for this transition as I focus on moving forward positively and professionally.”

On Instagram, Naledi also shared, “Sometimes stepping away is necessary for growth and peace of mind. I’m choosing alignment, clarity, and a team that reflects where I’m going. Thank you to everyone who continues to support and respect my journey it truly means everything.”

In her Instagram story, she added, “If someone fails to do the job they were hired for and instead gets too involved in your personal life, they get dismissed simple. People need to understand: you were hired to work, not to be invested in my personal business. When the work isn’t done, there are consequences. Boundaries matter, respect matters, and professionalism is non-negotiable. Stop inserting yourselves into other people’s personal matters.”
