Nozipho Ntshangase Gives Update on Her Mommy Makeover and Breast Lift

TV reality star from The Mommy Club on Showmax and podcaster, Nozipho Ntshangase, has shared a fresh update on her body transformation journey. The mom of five recently revealed that she underwent a mastopexy (breast lift) as part of her ongoing Mommy Makeover.

Taking to social media, Nozipho showed off her new look and expressed gratitude to her medical team. “My amazing surgeon @cs.surgery has done it again. We had my mastopexy (breast lift) done about 2 days ago. Recovery has been good. A lot of nausea though this time but I’m doing great now. Pain is manageable and as you can see, I’m able to move around. (Limited movement though). Thank you to the amazing staff at Melrose Surgical Centre. Summer we are on my babes ,” she said.

This is the latest step in her transformation. Earlier in September, she updated her followers on her healing journey after liposuction and a tummy tuck, proudly reaching the six-week recovery milestone. At the time, she explained that the changes were about more than just her body.

Nozipho revealed that her procedures are linked to her personal journey of embracing self-love. “I’ve been on this self-love journey, and I think after having my last three kids and just going through things in general, I just struggled with loving myself and my confidence just went down the drain,” she shared.

As a mom of five, including twins, Nozipho has been candid about the physical changes her body went through. “I’ve had four pregnancies which resulted in five kids… and so I gained weight and just wasn’t exercising as often as I would’ve wanted. There’s just been a whole lot of insecurities,” she admitted.

Now, she is taking steps to rebuild her confidence and prioritize her wellbeing. Her openness about the challenges and rewards of her surgeries shows her determination to not only improve her appearance but also to feel good about herself.

With her recovery going well and summer around the corner, Nozipho is embracing her new body with pride and positivity.
