Wandi Ndlovu Opens Up About Reversing BBL After Summer Walker’s Viral Post Sparks Backlash

Former This Body Works For Me reality TV star and popular content creator, Wandi Ndlovu, has caught the internet’s attention again — this time over her Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) surgery.

Wandi recently shared photos of herself online, confidently showing off her body. But things took a turn after American singer Summer Walker shared a post that many believe was aimed at Wandi’s BBL look. Summer reposted a picture comparing someone’s body to “roasted chicken thighs”, which closely resembled Wandi’s recent image.

Shortly after the post went viral, celebrity blog Maphepha Ndaba shared a screenshot of Wandi’s reaction, where she said, “I’m going to reverse it.” This led fans to believe that Wandi might actually be planning to undo her BBL surgery.

In a video posted on X (formerly Twitter), Summer Walker responded to the backlash she received. She said, “I have so many DMs about this girl I posted with these roasted chicken thighs. I understand that a lot of y’all don’t get my personality or my dark humour. I actually meant to post that on my spam page because the girls over there, they get it. This sh** funny. I post stupid stuff anyway on my spam page… I’m not body shaming. This generation is sensitive. I love her, I don’t even know this girl. She looks good. It was not in that way. It was funny because it’s ridiculous. Like who would put roasted chicken legs on somebody, that’s so funny. It has nothing to do with the girl.”

However, not everyone was laughing. Many social media users felt the joke went too far and was actually body shaming.

One user, @NeneLeakesWigs, commented: “Considering that she too has an atrocious BBL & is botched, she’s in no position to think that was funny.”

Another user, @aluvenguza, added: “Mind you, she looks exactly like that.”

@alfred_third shared: “You don’t get my dark humour’ and it’s just her body-shaming someone who didn’t do anything to deserve that.”

@Jeanney1259686 also chimed in, saying: “She knew what she was doing because she can see that first picture is someone that exists.”

While Wandi hasn’t confirmed whether she’s really going through with reversing her surgery, her comment has fans wondering if she’s had enough of the BBL lifestyle.
