Veteran Actress Baby Cele Joins “Sibongile & The Dlaminis” for Season 2

Beloved veteran actress Baby Cele is set to bring her formidable talent to the Mzansi Wethu telenovela, “Sibongile & The Dlaminis,” in its eagerly anticipated second season. This exciting development comes just months after Cele bid farewell to her long-time role on SABC 1’s hit drama series, “Uzalo,” where she spent nearly seven years captivating audiences as Gabisile Mdletshe.

Reflecting on her departure from “Uzalo,” Cele shared with IOL Entertainment, “I have played Gabisile for so many years. She became part of my life. So leaving feels like I have lost a part of me.” She described her time on the show with warmth and nostalgia, noting, “Uzalo was and will forever be my home.
