Zizo Tshwete Opens Up About Her Post Baby Weight Loss Journey! The radio and TV personality is known for always keeping it real especially with society’s standards on beauty.

In a recent post on Instagram, the mom of one shared her weight loss journey post giving birth expressing how it’s important for women to know that they are queens nomatter what size they are.

“Getting to where you want to get to physically takes sheer discipline and hard work! But beyond that I just have to share that we need to start speaking more about who we are as people rather than what we look like. My positive traits as a person haven’t changed regardless of whatever size I was at any particular time,” Zizo said.

“Bottom line is YOU ARE A QUEEN NO MATTER WHAT SIZE THAT IS,” she added.
