Those who may have forgotten when we were introduced to Mfenyana, might recall her role on the old Generations Format. Zenande played the role of the feisty Noluntu who was the daughter of Mawande played by Nambitha Mpumlwana.

Taking to social media the mother of one revealed that she has officially been in the industry for a decade now after bagging her first break out role as Noluntu ten years ago. She added how she enjoyed portraying the character and she is grateful to still be entertaining the people of Mzansi.

“Today marks exactly 10 years since I made my tv debut, I played the role of Noluntu on Generations. I loved playing this character, and today I’m so grateful that I am still a working actress in this country, to God be the glory” she wrote.

Fans and followers congratulated the actress for the huge milestone and shared stories on how the character inspired them to be bold and courageous just like the character was.

After leaving the production, Mfenyana went on to bag other roles on popular shows. In 2015 the actress starred as Reba on e.tv’s soap opera Ashes to Ashes, alongside Tina Jaxa and Menzi Ngubane.
