Zahara Claims Former Record Label TS Records Owes Her Millions! The singer has been making headlines all week and she ain’t done spilling all the tea or should we say wine yet.
Zahara’s latest revelation is that her former record label TS Records owned by TK Nciza and Sbu Leope underpaid her for performances, the sale of her records, and royalties for when her songs were played with her 2011 debut album Loliwe, which she said sold more than 500,000 copies.
“I want my money back, all of it. Many artists suffer in silence, suffer depression and ultimately die paupers. I won’t be a statistic. I will speak out. Lots of people get blackmailed and end up being blocked in the industry. Many artists are embarrassed to even return home or call for help after people are done with us,” Zahara said when asked why she was only going public with it now.
“She needs prayers. I’ve not worked with her for three years. Now that things are going bad she wants to make an excuse and point fingers,” Nciza told Sowetan when asked for a comment o the accusations. Now we wait for what Zahara will reveal next.
