Winnie Ntshaba Opens Up About Playing A Witch On The Herd! The former Generations actress came back to television in a major way as one of the lead cast members of The Herd.

Winnie recently opened up about playing a witch in an interview on Afternoon Express saying she didn’t have to do any research as her script was beautifully written that everything was just there.

“Because research meant I would have to go meet some witches, which for me, I’m a Christian, for me it was going to be tapping into some different, difficult dark world which, yeah. I know there are no jokes in the spirit realm but let me tell you when I got the role I had to go speak to my pastor because I had those reservations of there are no jokes in the spirit.”

Upon speaking to her Pastor, Winnie says the pastor told her that she was covered and this was her comeback that they had prayed for after taking a break from TV.

“These are issues that we need to talk about. These are issues that we cannot really sweep off. They do happen, we do need to address such things.”
