Idols SA judge Unathi Nkayi is back with a brand new show where she will be sitting down at the dinner table with some of our favourite local celebrities to chat to rekindle the time that was lost during the pandemic.
Taking to Instagram, Unathi shared the exciting news of hosting a new three part TV special titled ‘Festive Get-together In The Life Artois’. The show will be airing on Mzansi Magic and is focused on giving viewers a front row seat in seeing Unathi host celebrity friends as they open up about their busy lives in the spotlight.
Famously renowned chef-restaurateur, Alessandro Khojane, will join Unathi in transforming the homes of their guests into fine dinning experiences to capture the full moment of festive joy, and the first couple to be hosted on the show is one of Mzansi’s favourite superstar couple Zakes Bantwini and Nandi Madida.
“Truly HONOURED to have Mr and Mrs Madida as our first guests on the show” Unathi wrote.
Nkayi commented on the show claiming that with the busy year that 2020 was, a lot of time with family and friends was lost and this show serves a purpose of reconnecting with those people.
“With the lives, we lead and the year we have had, we haven’t had the time to connect with friends and love ones. It is important to spent time with those who make our lives what it is – family and friends. So, this show is about connection and why the best present this holiday is to be present for those we love” Unathi said.
