In a candid Instagram video, Connie took part in a mother daughter dance class lead by her daughter Ali, and the genre for the day was Amapiano.
The actress can be seen having a crack at one of Mzansi’s most trending moves of the year, “The Pouncing Cat” and although she feels like she needs some work, we would beg to differ.
“Post gym mood!? I don’t quite have #TheKid @ali.ferguson_ ‘s swag but I tried” Connie said.
The mother daughter duo frequently post videos of their happy bonding moments, and this time was no different to any of their other sessions, weather it’s gym, dancing or just plain hanging out.
