Watch! Basetsana Kumalo Celebrates 20 Year Anniversary With Husband Romeo Kumalo

Basetsana Khumalo and her husband Romeo are one of Mzansi’s power couples as their marriage stretches well over a decade, and today marks a very special day for the lovebirds as they are celebrating another anniversary wedding.

Taking to Instagram in a lengthy post, Basetsana poured her heart out to her husband about how much of an incredible man he is. In the post the former Miss South Africa revealed that she has been with Romeo Kumalo for a total of 23 years and today they are celebrating 20 years of married life and she can’t wait to celebrate many more years together.

“As we advance in age, I look forward to the memories of us still holding hands in sunsets. I’m truly one lucky woman to call you my husband, the father of my children” Basetsana wrote.

Base being a woman of God quoted a bible scripture about the meaning of what love is, which is what we would imagine is the driving force behind their successful marriage.

“1 Corinthians 13: 4-7: Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud.It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres” Base wrote.

Khumalo shared a video compilation of the special day that was her wedding day. Romeo pulled out all the stops for his bride, even going as far as serenading her, which made many of her followers SBWL a love like theirs.
