If you’re wondering just how much the actress keeps up with the trends, she recently took to social media taking part in the viral Bastraata dance challenge from the hit Amapiano song by Juicey Pila. According to her followers and industry mates, she won and closed the challenge. She partook in the challenge whilst in Hollywood where she attended the World Premier of the ‘Black Panther’ movie which she’s part of the cast.
She recently got awarded a Lifetime Achievement award at this year’s edition of the SAFTAs and Whilst there, Mam Connie will also be receiving another lifetime achievement award, internationally from the Hollywood Africa Prestige Awards on the 29th of October. She shared her gratitude over her recent successes and achievements on Instagram saying, “God, I am grateful, for all these beautiful opportunities, for my kids and for your protection. WE MADE IT TO HOLLYWOOD!!! It’s beautiful to see your kids so excited about the future!”
