Tweeps React To Actress Hellen Motsuki Being Attacked For Her Mistress Role In Skeem Saam. The actress popularly known for her portrayal of Melita— a ‘husband snatcher’ who targets married men recently recounted her unfortunate ordeal. Many tweeps have since expressed different opinions about the whole incident.

Mostuki’s on-screen success on the show has come with some negative effects in real life, some fans of the show have developed a par-asocial relationship with her. With others even being unable to separate her from Melita on ‘Skeem Saam’ as she has been subjected to harsh treatment.

Motsuki’s character has been causing some upheaval on the television by specifically targeting men who are married. One such victim of her seduction has been Obed Kgomo portrayed by Shoki Mmola, the superior at the hospital she works.

In spite of her excellent and impeccable acting skills she has exhibited on the show, some fans have been unhappy with her targeting married men on ‘Skeem Saam’. As a result even being subjected to physical abuse. Speaking to The Sowetan, Motsuki detailed how her grocery shopping trip turned into an unlucky incident.

“A few weeks ago I was busy shopping when a woman in her 60s hit me in the heel with a trolley. When I looked at her, she said, ‘I did it purposely because you are stealing other women’s husbands. I swear if you do that to my husband, I will deal with you.’ It was only then that it hit me that she thought I was Melita,” she explained.

Many tweeps have reacted to her experience with jokes and also relating her story to other actors who have had similar bad experiences. Others went on to express that the attack on her was a result of the feeble-mindedness of the perpetrator. With others saying that individuals who couldn’t separate the actor from the role are a problem.

Even leleti khumalo was once hit by a fan while she was in generation for always crying in most of the episode🤣🤣🤣

People still do that nonsense? I thought it ended with bo Ntsiki from Generations. Unless this role brings memories of what her husband is doing behind her back
