Lorraine Moropa Bags A New Acting Gig In A Biopic Of A Well Known Kwaito Artist. Following the actress’ dynamic role on ‘The Queen’, Moropa is set to tackle her most iconic role to-date as Mandoza’s wife in the forthcoming biopic called Life Of Mandoza.

Lorraine will portray the character of Mandoza’s wife, Mpho Tshabalala in the BET Africa production that will show Mandoza’s journeys that he undertook and all the trial and tribulations that he and his wife faced during the peak of his musical career. Mandoza born Edmund Mduduzi Tshabalala shared three kids with Mpho, namely Tokollo, Tumelo and Karabo. The musician hit maker died on September 18, 2016, after a long battle with cancer.

Lorraine reportedly wowed the producers of the biopic during auditions. She had given a complete and compelling representation of who Mpho Tshabalala is in real life. Mandoza’s wife was ecstatic with her demonstration of her acting skills.

In addition, Uzalo’s Wiseman Mncube best known for his portayal of the Sbonelo Mhlongo character will also star alongside Lorraine. He will portray the character of Mandoza. The filming of the biopic is reported to have concluded about a week ago. The biopic is set to premiere on BET Africa at a date yet to be disclosed.
