Tweeps Not Sold By Simphiwe Ngema’s Statement On Her Involvement With Thabo Bester. On Wednesday the 3rd of May, actress and singer Simphiwe Ngema released a statement on social media about her involvement with Thabo Bester. The statement has since been taken down.
In her statement, Simphiwe confirmed visiting Bester in prison in April 2018. “Thabo Bester was working in the entertainment industry and introduced himself as TK Motsepe and that’s how we made contact. In 2018 I went to the prison to demand answers, it was a difficult time in my life and he owed me money. This was 5 years ago and have supporting documents at my disposal that prove I had only visited on one occasion Dated 05 April 2018,” parts of her statement reads.
Twitter however seem to think there are loopholes in Simphiwe’s statement. From her decision to remove the statement to the dates on her statement not working in her favor, this is what tweeps are concluding from the actress’s statement.
