Miu Miu Women’s Tales is a long-running and acclaimed short-film anthology series commissioned by the luxury fashion brand Miu Miu. The series invites prominent female directors to explore themes surrounding 21st-century vanity, femininity, and identity.

The initiative launched in 2011, with two films commissioned every year, one for the spring/summer collection and another for autumn/winter.

Female filmmakers are given creative freedom to craft narrative short films where characters incorporate Miu Miu clothing and accessories into the storytelling.

With Thuso Mbedu now among the stylish guests attending the latest installment, the actress has once again found herself at the centre of an international fashion and entertainment moment.
