Reality TV star Thobile Mseleku from Uthando Ne’Sthembu recently left fans impressed after showing off the results of her hair transplant journey. The media personality shared before-and-after pictures of her hairline on social media, revealing just how much progress she has made after seven months.
Thobile proudly opened up about her experience and how happy she is with the outcome. She wrote, “My SPONSORED Hairline 7 months ago, I travelled from Durban to Johannesburg and trusted Dr Kenny from @sandtonhairtransplantclinic with one of the most personal journeys of my life restoring my hairline. This is my seventh month progress… and honestly, I’m obsessed with how natural everything looks.”
The reality TV star also added a humorous and playful caption that got many of her followers talking online.
“Yana entuthwaneni vila ndini, uyasho umbhalo
Book your consultation now mhlobo wam, ubusha bakho bubuyiswe njengokhozi.
Yey iyagugisana injibs
Isiyobonana ke bakwethu, ngisayobhushuzela nge natural hair yami e SPONSORED.”
Thobile had the procedure done at Sandton Hair Transplant Clinic, a clinic that has become popular among several Mzansi celebrities. Radio host Dineo Ranaka also underwent a hair transplant at the clinic in August 2025, while Lethabo Lejoy from The Real Housewives of Johannesburg had her hairline procedure done there in May 2025 as well.
The hair transplant process usually takes time before the final results fully appear. During the first two to three weeks after the procedure, it is normal for the transplanted hair to fall out. By the third month, new hair slowly starts growing, although the results may still look moderate. At around six months, the improvement becomes more noticeable with good results starting to show, while final and optimal results are usually achieved after one year.
Fans flooded Thobile’s comment section praising her new look, with many saying her hairline looks natural and beautiful.
