Somizi Sings Bonang’s Praises At The MAMAs 2016

Somizi joined many South Africans in congratulating Bonang on a job well done when she hosted the MAMAs Saturday night only 24 hour after getting the gig. Whilst it came out as a compliment, some still think there was subtle shade. Somizi sings Bonang’s praises at the MAMAs 2016, or did he?

Whilst presenting an Award at the MAMAs, Somizi once again took the time to squeeze in a moment for his former friend Bonang. “Bonang was born ready. She was ready 24 hours before the show. When she was born they said ‘It’s Bonang.’ And she said ‘It’s your girl B’,” he said.

Whilst it seemed like a compliment, social media thinks shade was thrown. Check out some of the reactions below.
