Skeem Saam’s Kwaito On Choosing Acting Career Over Law Career! Kwaito, real name Clement Maosa is one of the famous celebs who have obtained an academic degree but opted for a career in the showbiz instead.
The leap of faith has paid off big time for Clement who has had a successful career so far as an actor, mostly known for her role on SABC1’s hit soapie, Skeem Saam.
“I started acting when I was very very young and growing up I always knew it’s a calling. Though nobody believed in me, even parents forced me to study law, I never gave up on the dream,” he said on social media.
“When it was dry in the industry I tried working in the legal field but only lasted 3 months. Then left and came back because you can’t run away from your calling.”
